Terms of use

Last updated: November 3, 2026

These terms cover your purchase and use of Alpha Run, including the free version and Alpha Run: Full Access (Level I, 2027 curriculum) ("full access").

Who we are

What Alpha Run is

Alpha Run is an independent practice tool for candidates preparing for the CFA® Program Level I exam. It is study material only. It does not predict or promise any exam result, and it is not a substitute for the official curriculum.

Free version

The free version includes Mock 1 and a fixed set of practice questions. No account is needed.

Your progress

Progress is stored in your browser on each device. It doesn't sync between devices, and clearing your browser data deletes it. We can't recover it.

Accuracy

Questions were made with the help of AI tools. Errors can still happen. Please report problems with the link under each question; we check every report and fix the question if it's wrong. If a question is wrong or something doesn't work as described, tell us and we'll fix it. If we can't fix it, you can ask for a refund.

Your rights and our responsibility

Alpha Run is a study tool. It can't promise any exam result, and your result depends on your own preparation and the exam itself.

You keep all the legal warranties and rights that consumer protection law gives you. In Québec, these include the Consumer Protection Act's warranties that what you buy can be used for its normal purpose and matches its description. We are responsible for our own acts and faults, and nothing in these terms limits that.

Trademarks

Alpha Run is not affiliated with or endorsed by CFA Institute. CFA® and Chartered Financial Analyst® are trademarks owned by CFA Institute.

Changes and contact

Changes to these terms. Full access is a one-time purchase. A change to these terms will never reduce the access you already paid for: its content, the end date (December 31, 2027, Eastern Time) or the 3-device limit. Nor will it add a charge.

If we need to make any other change that affects buyers, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. The email will say what is changing, give the new wording and the date it takes effect. If you don't accept the change, you can refuse it by emailing [email protected] before that date. We will then end your access and refund you: the full price if you're still within 7 days of purchase, otherwise a share in proportion to the time left on your access. Changes that only fix typos or add contact details don't need notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This doesn't take away the protection of the consumer laws where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts where you live. Questions: [email protected].
