If Alpha Run: Full Access (Level I, 2027 curriculum) isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, within 7 days of your purchase date. Tell us what didn't work if you can; it helps us improve.

What happens next

• Refunds are issued through Gumroad to your original payment method. They usually show on your statement within a few business days, depending on your bank.
• Full access ends once the refund goes through. The free version stays available.

After 7 days

Requests after the window aren't normally refunded. If something isn't working, email us and we'll do our best to fix it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

We also refund as set out in our Terms if you refuse a change to the terms, or if we disable your key when you did nothing wrong.
